David Zilberman

David Zilberman, Ph.D. is an economist who has served as a consultant to the World Bank, the USDA, the Food and Agriculture Organization, and the Environmental Protection Agency, among other groups. He holds the Robinson Chair in the Department of Agriculture and Resource Economics at the University of California at Berkeley, where he co-directs the Center for Sustainable Resource Development and is a policy expert with the Energy Biosciences Institute.
